The first step is to create a Buyer’s Brief. We’ll cover a comprehensive range of topics to fully understand your needs and preferences and reasons for purchase. You may have a very specific need, or just a general idea. Either way, we’ll help you define the brief then transform it into an effective search strategy.
02 Search & Selection
Our in-depth market search explores a wide range of properties, carefully creating a shortlist that matches your brief. As your buyer’s agent, we directly connect with real estate agents, developers and property owners to access off-market, pre-market, and discreet opportunities that you might otherwise miss.
Remember, throughout the entire process we are working for you, the Buyer – not the Seller.
Settlement 04
After your offer is accepted, we guide you through the final stages of acquisition. We collaborate with trusted professionals and coordinate with all parties involved, ensuring a smooth progression to settlement. Your interests are protected every step of the way until you take ownership of your new property.
Having your own legal representation throughout the process is essential. We do not operate a trust account and our fee is paid when the offer becomes unconditional.
03 Negotiation
When you decide which property you would like to pursue, we enter the negotiation process. Together, we agree on a strategy. While the listing agent and seller aim to sell high, our job is to secure your chosen property at the best price and terms for you.
If needed, we will manage the due diligence of your selected property on your behalf and liaise directly with your legal representatives. We can attend auctions on your behalf, or simply be there to support.
